Purchased a gift card for my mom on a Saturday and paid for express delivery and it arrived the next Friday. Express Delivery is usually 2 days, JMarks and countless places offer this feature now but the issue seems to be 2 days from when? When it's processed? This is a pet peeve of mine and no dig against the JMarks restaurant, which my mother totally enjoys so i was glad to send her (2) 100$ dollar gift cards, but by the next Friday when they finally arrived i was a bit peeved. On that Monday, when someone checked the orders, it should have been processed and arrived to her by Wednesday, or Thursday. Friday is NOT express at that point and i feel that extra 20$ charged should be refunded. I already stated this is a pet peeve of mine and frankly "We have alot of orders we were backed up" is not an excuse, you charged a fee i expect the promise of the service the moment my card is debited, granted it was on a weekend so i expect two days from Monday. This is a problem with all internet purchases and is no way a criticism of JMarks and their food.

The gift certificate was delivered within days of placing the order. I appreciate the prompt and efficient service.
I live in Ohio but J. Marks is a must when I am visiting my brother in Florida. Great food, service and atmosphere, always a pleasure. The main reason I thought of you for a Christmas gift for him.

I sent your gift certificate as a thank you gift. They were thrilled to receive the gift card (they are regular customers of your restaurant)and then enjoyed it again when they used their card. Thank you for your great food and wonderful service.
